Hello Poly - Thank you as ever for your encouraging comment. Yes - from small beginnings, the inventors of this unusual instrument soon found themselves with a large waiting list of people wanting to buy one. I believe the names went into some kind of random draw as and when new drums became available? A friend of mine was lucky enough to have his name drawn for one of the originals although he had to travel to the workshop in Switzerland to choose the drum he wanted - not an easy shopping trip for someone living in the UK:-) There are more manufacturers now with a lot more harmonic scales and designs to choose from otherwise I would still be on the waiting list.
