Hey for the wye to Delta transformation the formula as best of my knowledge is R2' =(R1*R2+R2*R3+R3*R1) /R2. Ignore if wrong

WRONG! Your Y-Δ formula cannot be correct, because numerator and divisor both have the dimension of Ohm. Therefore that quotient is dimensionless, and it should have dimension Ohm.
