Yes it is Wynonna Judd. This album was the country artists' take on the movie Prince Of Egypt and in my opinion, it is by far the best soundtrack for the movie.

I had a partial Prince of Egypt soundtrack when I was a kid. This was one of the five songs on here including The Chariot Race instrumental. I made my mom play this every morning before elementary school.
