Actually originally butter was "cut in" by knife and fork as there was no pastry cutter invented way back. 😄

These came out lovely, although I did not manage to get the cheesecake swirls (I thought they would come out but it all came together in the end). They were delicious anyways (even without the topping). Thank you for sharing!
