Hubbys Nana would make twice baked potatoes and freeze them so when she had company, she would pop in the oven. This is the closest to flavors, will be making this for Christmas!

I make a similar dish, but use cream cheese instead of buttermilk…the sour cream gives the amount of tanginess we enjoy… yummmy! Thanks for sharing!!

Grew up with regular twice baked potatoes, but never a twice baked potato casserole. I'm kosher/vegetarian & will drop the ham meat. This recipe certainly seems & appears delicious. I will make this definitely. What a nice dish to serve for company. Thanks for adding it to your show.
