Try 121, the gun depression might be hard to work but its alpha is extremely threatening to most mediums, and with tungsten even if you overpoke with the lack of gun depression you're usually outtrading the opponent infront of you and also outdpming since the WZ-121 has Very high dpm among tier 10 mediums considering it has a huge alpha
