I was stationed in Japan and already a fan of Kitaro's at this time but couldn't attend his concerts because we were at sea. I've listened to his music more than anyone else in the last 40 years. He has a phenomenal catalog of music and I never get tired of hearing it. A real musical genius!

para no haber nacido en cuna de oro como ha sido el caso de otros grandes como jarre, vangelis, etc.... kitaro es lo mas bkn... lo mejor,.,, realmente kitaro esta a la altura de lo grandes y su música es lo mejor que he escuchado,,, su música y su producción musical es genial,,, tiene su estilo muy bien marcado y único, no le copia a nadie ya que su música como el dice proviene de un mundo mas alto... de otro mundo.... el solamente el tiene ese talento que va mas allá de cualquier músico, no quiero pensar el día que KITARO diga adiós... ya que varios se han ido , KITARO seria una perdida enorme... y el nos alegra con su música y si se va algún día difícilmente habrá alguien que llene ese vacio tan grande que dejara

Es un estilo unico, sin paralelos. Quizas lo mas cercano a Kitaro es un album de Osamu Kitajima llamado the Source, pero repito, no hay paralelos.

I saw Kitaro in concert in San Francisco in the early 80s, and what i remember most was closing my eyes and just feeling this beautiful music completely envelope me. To this day it's still the best concert I ever went to. Simply amazing. Thank you Kitaro.

I think it's the best concert of KITARO :-)) hmmm actually if you know how many Kitaro bootlegs are out there you will be confuse! :D one of those I don't have is Granada 1998 and so many others but I collected the important one, all of them are beautiful :-)

Sami Vox i have the Granada 1998!!I got it from Oliver,one of the guys from the yahoo groups.The Chicago one i have is a little different,strength,estrella and koi are broken into 2 parts,but the one you have is he complete one

Hi, I do not have anymore Archives from Kitaro. Mostly, some of them have very poor audio quality. The best ones are uploaded here already. I too love his music, especially the older composition. They are not the same anymore as his newer compositions.

Geline Avenir These analog synthesizers were THE tool that shaped what we now call "new age" music. And imo analog has a character and warmth not truly found in most new digital equipment. Emulations have gotten close, but it will never be the same. Companies like Moog and Dave Smith instruments are keeping the legacy of analog synthesis alive.
