"Riders Republic" to "Steep" is like "The Crew 2" to "The Crew" - A copy/paste with downgraded mechanics and additional content nobody asked for... disappointing. Should have improved on already great snow model and fluid controls, build upon exploration and mystical feel and history of the mountains add more Easter eggs.

I haven't played Steep in a while and put it on today only to find my Winter Olympics DLC has been totally deleted and I can't even access the Japan map unless I either get enough gameplay points or pay for them. I was going to buy the X-Games DLC too but what's the point if theres a chance they'll delete that too?

I really like both, riders republic is def more a casual friendly game where as Steep is a lot more challenging but rewarding. I’d say just get Ubisoft sub for a month and play both

Steep have better camera movement and its more realistic but for me is annoying how u go very slow and fall very fast, riders republic its like better in the playing movement and u can be more creative in the air, I own bow games and for me its steep like for relax and chill and riders republic its when I wanna be more creative and have fun

Steep have a more realistic scenery when RR has more variety and better animation. When it come to gameplay. RR and Steep are arcade in the same way, steep just have a slower pace, it was arcade since it launch. You can see it with size and disposition of park.
