This band (like Reflections) is full of sadness. I guess their ballads were a precursor to what will happen in the future. How can two original band members pass on under the most unfortunate circumstances? It really is something to be sad about. Hideto had a bright future ahead of him too. Whether or not he was with the X fam. I love their ballads a lot more than their heavier songs since it seems to hold a lot of sincerity and inner sadness because of what happened.

It's still fuckin' painful to see them perform without hide... He was the soul and heart of this band. Don't get me wrong, they all always had extreme passion for music, bu hide always looked like he's living only for that one purpose, to be on stage. All of his little smiles, when he saw people in front of them going crazy, I always found it so sweet, pure and honest.

Read that they had technical issues on that day. But still am amazed they managed to somehow pull it off despite the difficulties, even though it is not perfect. Toshi's amazing singing really saved this performance. Two thumbs up, for the very fact they didn't pull a Diva drama rage due to the technical issues, I know some musicians would. Though Sugizo did look a little annoyed, which is understandable.

I try not cry but I can't help it. Even after all these years, there are still so much emotions and pain can be felt through their songs. I watch their documentary so many times and I cried everytime. We are X! Forever! RIP Hide & Taiji.

It's very thanksful and touched that hide and Taiji are always mentioned at XJAPAN's concert. X and fans are always calling their name, thinking them, so as the 7 members of X. (Is it kind of Japanese memorial culture?)

They were SO important to the band and the band was SO important to influencing Japanese culture that they will always be mentioned. Not only that, they were really good friends with each other. Especially Hide and Yoshiki really understood each other musically. Taiji always pushed Yoshiki to be better, so much that it annoyed Yoshiki (but he was kicked for a different reason).
