@@cynthiahung6017 Dear Cynthia, it is a residential area with many families. On crimerate.co.uk and enter the postcode of the development- TW3 4DJ - it rates 4 out of 10 for crime rate. Don’t get me wrong I am not trying to say this is the safest place in London. I live in London over a decade and truth is many area are probably not as safe as Hong Kong. We do have other developments in Richmond, Fulham, Hampstead etc for your consideration- they are lovely neighborhoods. But at the same time the prices for those places are much higher, which makes the rental yield not as attractive as Lampton. It is not easy to take all boxes :(
