@@Rick776 I do occasionally but Traxxas plastic shatters in the cold way too much. Recently the wheel hubs have been cracking and twisting off very easily. My older X-maxx isn't too bad but the newer Traxxas plastic is terrible. My XRT chassis and front lower bulk head is full of cracks, waiting on parts. I just got sick of things breaking, doesn't happen as much in the warm temps. I live in Calgary up in cold Canada.

Also prefer dry and warmer weather. Easy to clean and i just love to kick up dust with my xmaxx. We now have the most Rain this winter since the starting of weathermeasurements. The grond is soaked

Regarding the new x maxx8s, half of the box diff protection is made of metal and the second half is plastic. The remote has become a relic, very old. The electronics are broken. The partitions are old and raise the temperature. There is no company that has all these faults. The first 2015 model was always burning. The Traxxas Erevo model failed. You were not able to control the arm. They issued three types of upgrade and it did not work. I hope you review the faults.

I have multiple TRAXXAS vehicles and I love every single one of them especially the TRX 4 high trail I have I would love an instantly go buy a trx4 X or Xl whatever name you wanna name it 1/5 or 1/6 scale TRX4 Revamped 775 motor and electronics out of the traxxas summit or maybe even brushless 2 speed transmission and even diff locks definitely sound like a replacement for the summit i just love traxxas ❤ keep up the good work ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Definitely the Ultimate. It’s got $1,000 of upgrades for $500 more than the standard. You would spend a lot more upgrading a standard truck to the same level as the Ultimate. If you have the money, get the Ultimate before they go off-sale

Traxxas Sledgehammer tires look bad*ss and perform amazingly. I wish Traxxas made belted Sledgehammers for the Hoss and Maxx though. I’ve had to re-glue the tires of my Hoss more times than I can count because they ballooned too much and the tire started to come off the rim

@@falcondragonslayer I meant to say spur gear tightening and adjustments after most of the crashes. There will be a whole lot of crashes trying to make those jumps. They make it look so beautiful and easy. It's definitely a durable and powerful little bugger. I own one of these. 😂
