so the guy at the end, his name is Bastion, he's a combination of nimrod and master mold in one. very powerful villain. i only know of this from playing ps2 game x-men next dimension and he was on there. he makes more powerful sentinels, humaniod ones.

“Remember me, bright eyes?”- Rogue punching Cable. Time Fugitives. X-Men The Animated Series 1993. Bastion is a hybrid of Nimrod and Master Mold. He is a powerful villain that plays a huge part in OZT: Operation Zero Tolerance, Humanity’s Last Stand, and Friends of Humanity. He was one of the bosses in “X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse” video game. He was around when Onslaught appeared in 1997, so I’m curious if we are getting Onslaught in future seasons. This episode it is important because it’s the beginning of the Operation Zero Tolerance which was a crossover storyline that ran through Marvel Comics' X-Men related titles in 1997. The story followed from the "Onslaught Saga" and focused on individuals, including Bastion and Henry Peter Gyrich, within the United States government and their attempts to use their positions to hunt and kill all mutants across the country. I was 12 years old in 1997 when I started reading X-Men comics and the artistic drawing style used elevated the quality of every character in Marvel comics universe.

Bastion, he's a fusion of nimrod and Masterr mold and is super powerful and has killed a ton of mutants before and is a dark phoenix or apocalypse level threat and is connected to all the sentinels Made up of cybernetics, Bastion possesses enhanced strength, speed, and endurance. With Nimrod’s body, he can fly via boot jets or wings, fire concussive or disintegration wrist-blasts, and proves immune to telepathic probes. He can to self repair after a blast nearly tears through him. He can time travel and create portals. As a by-product of the Siege Perilous’ magic, Bastion’s essence is seemingly immortal. Like his predecessor Master Mold, Bastion is able to create other Sentinels, including Prime Sentinels and can control them all at once if he wants like a hive mind

True. Captain America can’t just show up in another country unless there is an outward threat. You risk an international incident or starting a war. When he went to Germany the war already existed. And any other mission he was working as a shield operative to contain a threat (hydra) avengers 2 and Capt 3 are good examples of this. However if no threat exist and he goes rogue or if an enemy is surrendering and he doesn’t give them due process it would not only be an internal incident but also a pr storm.

From the funeral,to seeing Captain america my favorite hero meet Rogue who is my favorite Marvel babe,to Rogue's rampage ending with meeting Nightcrawler and then that fucking amazing Shot of the xmen reuniting,beast shutting down the reporter again,to Rogue just Dropping Trask like it was nothing to me still wondering who the villian is. Either thats a fake Magneto or this dude pulled something slick to grab Magneto during the Genosha Massacre. He said to Sinister "You the textbook in What NOT TO DO!" OH MY GOODNESS I mean holy crap this episode was awesome. I said it once....the Xmen are the Wu tang Clan of the Comic book universe. Each individual character is so good but when they unite....the 36 chambers are unleashed.

“Bright Eyes” is referring to Gambit’s Eyes. Rogue, going ROGUE… The Presence, of Bastion and Mister Sinister are like the mid level Villains and Apocalypse is the overall Big BAD!!! With, Trask becoming that New version of Sentinel (Nimrod) shows where they’re taking the rest of the Season. And the Epic battle that the X-men have to Face the end of the Season. Having, new Characters and Old Ones be introduced…Sunspot and Nightcrawler, they may bring back Bishop and Cable involved in the Last Battle. That’s what they’re Teasing. They, might bring back Colossus…. And the Interactions between Captain America and Rogue was Epic. And when she LAUNCHED his Shield and the look on his face was Priceless. When, they showed Rogue and Nightcrawler interacting that was a Beautiful Moment between Brother and Sister. And, when they cut to the rest of the Team and when she turned around and She started to Breakdown. An Emotional Moment. When, they went to Genosha, that whole Screen was Heartbreaking. All, of those Mutants…Dead and them not knowing l if they were any Survivors was Crazy in itself. And, the Fact that Bastion was keeping Tabs on the X-men, also Charles Xavier within the Shi’ar Empire…is CRAZY!!! For, them to have the Technology to keep tabs on Charles is Insane. But, the main kicker is that Magneto is Alive & Bastion has Him is a Major Twist. And, when Rogue finds out that he’s Alive…she might go Ballistic. And, the fact that she’s still grieving over Gambit’s death might push her to the Point of No Return. But, she did let Trask fall to his DEATH…earlier. Her, doing it again…would be a Piece of Cake. But, the Cliffhanger….left many Speculations about Magneto and Charles. And, where they go from there. Because, Bastion has plans for Magneto & Charles. They might pit them against each other and one of them might Die at the End. They, bring in Onslaught. Maybe, that’s Bastion’s Ultimate Plan. But, this Episode was Shooting on all Cylinders… And I can wait for the Next One. Marvel Movies, take Notes…this is how you tell a Proper Story and keep ur Audience THIRSTY FOR MORE!!!! Keeping your Audience glued to their Seats to see what’s going to Happen, Next. Keep up the Good Work and dishing out Great Content and you’ll keep your Audience invested…Every time. And, watch…Next Season is going to be a Guarantee Watch from Me and ur Millions and Millions of FANS.

In the comics Emma was the only ones to survive E is Extinction which is where her diamond form kicked in, like on the show. OZT operation zero tolerance. Bastions attack on mutantskind. Combining these two storyline is crazy cause neither ended well for mutants

It said it was made to hold the hulk not that it could(also to be clear it was made to keep the hulk in not out, that’s why rogue said what she said. She more then likely wouldn’t haven been able to bust out but busting through from the outside wasn’t as difficult), that’s typical military in marvel very much overestimating what they can handle. Hulk would have smashed through that place no problem if rogue could get through, they might have also simply been talking about a hulk before he got stronger. (Seeing as rogue right now is as strong as Ms marvel her braking through isn’t surprising). And her being rude to captain America is woke? Loads of people are rude to him in comics, she’s on a revenge trip and irrational, she isn’t gonna treat some random kinda getting in her way nicely. (Like it literally could have been any character, they chose cap for fan service and possibly setting up the avengers appearing).

@Gus_Magnus yeah exactly, though savage hulk is very much not the one that’s over for everyone. Several characters have outstrengthed or outboxed savage hulk. You need to go much higher to get past the really strong people and alien entities.
