Dad’s reception of it was my reception as well 😅 I think that’s why X-Men are soooooo important as a brand. They represent the marginalized, the outsiders, those who are different. When they do a live action version, they have no choice but to incorporate such important elements! But for now, this will do 😌

Now I have the Magneto helmet, Wolverines helmet, the X-Men Arcade in my game room, multiple old/new action figures, and so much more. I’m so excited for this! I’m 38 and retired from the Army and super heroes made me want to be a hero so I did it the only way I could. Wolverine was a vet as well ❤️ Loved your video. Especially my dude on the upper left. My dad was trying to get me out of cartoons and comics in my teens because he saw it as kid's stuff. One night we went to Pizza Hut and they had the collectable cups and the Night of the Sentinels pilot VHS special. After we ate, we went home, watched the tape and every week after we went to Pizza Hut to get the next set of cups and a new tape. Rogue and Gambit were his favorite characters which he commissioned an oil painting of to put above the fireplace. But was also a fan of Morph because they reminded him of a childhood friend. Unfortunately he passed away of cancer back in 2012 and would've lost it upon seeing the trailer. Cherish you moments with your parent, they won't always be there, at least physically. A moment of silence to all the friends and family that loved X-Men but didn't make it to see this day. Press X to pay respects.

I recently watched the trailer for X-Men ‘97 and I absolutely loved it. However, my biggest complaint is their downgraded animation of Rouge. In the original series she had a nice body that would make any guy fall in love with her but they took that away in this new series.
@zykeimeporter46308 ай бұрын
I started watching the first few episodes of X-Men animated series on Disney plus and I love it but I'm confused because I watched the live action X-Men movie because how does rogue can fly and have super strength in the cartoon but not in the live action
@CoolnessNSparks8 ай бұрын
Two words, Ms. Marvel, if I remember Fox didn’t own rights to live action character versions of her. Since, that was how Rogue was able to fly. She’d stolen Ms. Marvel power’s, and Ms Marvel ended up being trapped in Rogue’s mind somewhere hidden inside it. Also, Fox was trying to do something different, which kinda messed up the OG animated timeline where Rogue had Ms Marvel deep inside her head.
