nice friend, always makes me feel relief in the chest whenever i find people having the appreciation that the first X-Man truly deserves you know there is a reason of why CABLE is such a badass, that badassery comes from somewhere trust me and yeah the Cyclops from Marvel comics is where the true might of his character lives but also the anime series such such Pryde of X-men,90s, Wolvie and the X, japanese Anime etc and the video games gets a solid adaptation of him well i do enjoy the X1 and X2 portrayal of him as well despite not been as great as comic book Scott summers will always be the one Captain that truly matters in Marvel the X-gene Captain also am more of a fan of Spider Woman than even peter parker honestly she is very underrated as well and she can get away with so much more than Spiderman to be perfectly honest but respects anyway

As I understand it: Ruckus takes the sounds around him and amplifies them 10 fold or more. So as an example: a blaring siren from a fire truck becomes devastating from Ruckus voice. I can only imagine him hearing Banshee and using his powers (provided it doesn't destroy his voice or head. Ha). Meanwhile Blackbolt thinking in corner: "Yall voices are cute!"

@devidfrank Sinister is highly regenerative and his form is extremely durable, though he IS susceptible to physical damage and pain from unique weapons [like adamantium] and particular wavelengths of energy...in truth, Scotts optic blasts, which are really more concussive force blast [think giant, hyperfast battling rams or shock granades] as oppossed to explosive, corrosive, radioactive or burning energy are the ONLY energy blast that did him serious physical damage in this series.

They do have concussion to them, of coirse, but they are primarily radioactive, burning rays in my opinion. Why do I say this? Because Cyclops's ability to project those rays form his eyes comes from his body's ability to absorb cosmic radiation from all around him, including the sun. Radiations which are then metabolized by his body and which can then be projected through his eyes. So they're definitely more radioactive and burning than just concussive. I think Sinister's blasts are just concussive because - from what I've read pretty much anywhere anyway - they come from his telekinetic powers. They're basically concentrated blasts of telekinetic energy which achieve very powerful concussive effects. That is not at all the same thing with Cyclops's energy beams.

The Movies did Cyclops dirty In all of them and only fight scenes that looked straight out of the Comics and this Cartoon was The Last Stand. To be honest I find Mr. Sinister to be a great leader.I never remember in those series to act mean towards his mutants nor do I remember him harm them. He saved Morph, yeah, he did alter his mind but he DID save him. Also, in the comics he and Gambit did some deals, Sinister helped Gambit control his power and Gambit stole for him. If I were a mutant I would actually pursue him, he could help a lot enhancing powers, he also knows the secret of longevity hence he made himself a mutant(in these series).

CAPCOM I forget who voiced Bruce Wayne but he kept his voice in BATMAN TAS; JUSTICE LEAGUE/UNLIMITED and even in several JUSTICE LEAGUE OR SOLO BATMAN movies!
