Unit Price was once ~SGD22million for the house & enjoying 1hour sailing on a 52feet double deck yacht (norm) spent ~200litres of fuel , not to mention it’s maintenance
We used to live in an apartment there a few years ago for 4 years and we never found that there was a problem. It is a really wonderful place with peacocks walking freely in the island.
