@@chaikammengYou are wrong. China intentionally makes CNY undervalued by up to 40%. The reason is simple enough, China relies heavily on its exports for GDP. Keeping an undervalued CNY makes their products cheap and easy to sell. Donald Trump has been criticizing China for manipulating CNY, he wants China to let CNY to return to its actual value. If that happens, China's products will be very expensive to Malaysians when 1 MYR : 1 CNY. Regardless, CNY will only continue to appreciate against MYR, I believe 1 MYR to 1 CNY is not very far away.
Economics is nothing but theories only, subjective and argumentative..... From teaching to individual perception and perspective,... formula application and its parameters to data collection...so on...

And save on petrol subsidy, more petroleum can be exported for stronger ringgit. Commuting economy will shrink but that is not future😂
Fail to create productivity and food security for self sufficiency. Those who sell local fruits have increased the price so much too.

You got it right. Productivity of a nation determines whether the currency goes up or down. Over 70% of Malaysians are extremely unproductive, they heavily relies on the government to provide various subsidies. The government is running out of money, and keeps borrowing more and more money. That's why Malaysia's national debt stands at 1,500,000,000,000.
Please government shall fix the poor currency performance of ringgit immediately without anymore delay!

The government can't fix it with immediate effect. The productivity, skillet, and efficiency of a country's workforce determines the strength of their currency. Malaysia's productive people are getting smaller and smaller, hence the Ringgit will only keep depreciating.
