Thank you very much, Seiko Shihan! I noticed that in zenkutsu dachi migi after the 2 jodan, 2 chudan and 2 gedan blocks there is no migi jodan uke. There is directly kake tori. On the next step to zenkutsu dachi hidari however the first technic is hidari jodan uke, directly followed by kake tori. At the end of the video when fragments of kenshu, shoshu and ryushu are shown the hidari jodan uke is explicitly shown in zenkutsu dachi migi. Personally I think the jodan uke before the kake tori makes sense as the technics that are made in migi zenkutsu dachi are then same as the technics made in hidari zenkutsu dachi.

I think that this jodan uke was included to adapt the front hand because when you finish the third step with uchi haito both hand and leg in the front are the right ones but when you return you need to put your left hand in teh front

@@renangustavorodriguesdaluz3610 Yes, I can think of different reasons why the jodan uke is included. There is however an inconsistency in the video. On the exact same place in the kata there is jodan uke (at 0.09 and 8:17 min. in the video) and there is no jodan uke (3:45 min in the video). I guess some fragments in the video are from an earlier version of the kata. Anyways it is a beautiful kata and a great performance of Saiko Shihan.

すごいですね！会長自らがこのように出演して指導するなんて。他流流は経験がありますが、剛柔流はいつか習ってみたいと思っていました。まるっきりセンスがないので弱く、もう中年なので諦めましたが。

空手に年は関係ないですよ😊 私も小学4年から中学３年までやっていて辞めたくなかったのですが高校夜学に行く事で通えなくなり悔しながらも辞めましたが、、、15歳で辞め26年経って41歳の時に又、同じ先生の所へ戻り再び始めました今は生徒を見て教えている立場で続けています空手は良いスポーツ年に限界は有りません因みに私は現在50歳です。

@@松島芳明-o7c 私も、学生時代は柔道をしていましたが、本当は小さい時から、ずっと空手を習いたいと思っていました。大人になるにつれて、空手には沢山の流派や、それこそ所謂ケンカ空手や新興空手みたいなものがあり、根本的に全く違うものだと理解する内に、益々沖縄由来の空手の一つである剛柔流空手にずっと興味があり、今でもいつか習いたいと思っていますが、残念ながら、海外に住んでいて、今の所、近くには日本人師範が教えている剛柔流空手道場は拝見した事がありませんが、機会があったらいつか習いたいです！一時期だけ、まだ日本にいた時に、剛柔流空手の系統の師範の方の道場で、少しだけ経験させて頂いた事がありましたが、普段は小柄の初老の平均的な男性に見える師範に目の前で、形の一部を見させて教えて頂いた時に、上腕の一部が触れた瞬間に、鳥肌がたち、殺される、と察知した記憶は今でも鮮明です。20年以上前の東北地方にある空手居合などをマスターされている師範の方の道場での経験でした。
