Looks great. Can you explain a bit more about the dry paint?

Thank you for watching. "dansyaku ry bursh" …Apply paint to a dry brush. Wipe off the paint with paper. Scrub Gamera with the brush that has some paint left on it. Sorry for my bad explanation.
