Yeah, this is actually quite rare with rappers. I've seen it so many times in interviews -- most can't remember even the sequence of key events, let alone the actual dates. Probably because when you live fast and you are high all the time, it just doesn't register the same way. But here is X-Raided with the dates and the names, in full detail...

Nope not at that time. Deftones came out mid to late 90's. He's probably talking about the group Tesla. Grammy nominated, Cake is another. But for that time period I'm almost sure it's Tesla. Also interesting fact, Why you treat me so bad by Club Nouveau was recorded in a miniature studio that's now a barbershop right alongside San Miguel Market right off Broadway & Stockton Blvd.

@krist8925 actually they're from Vacaville originally, & they did't actually move to Sac until 96. Interesting fact, Last Resort video was shot at the Sacramento Cal Expo Amphitheater. I went to my first rock concert the following year right before they retired the venue.
