Sorry for my English, but I want to tell my story with this song... I'm from Latin America, and I discovered Anita's music in 2015. I fell in love with her story, her music, her legacy... I will say EVERYTHING about her, but when I found out she has died in 2003 I felt bad that I didn't get to know her music when she was alive and I started questioning: What if I discovered Anita's music before her death? and what if she became popular in Latin America? I felt bad that I didn't get to know her music when she was alive (I was 9 years old when she died). I love many songs by Anita! but if I have to choose which is my favorite song of her, I will say "The Song Of The Sunset", because is so emotional and it reminds me of my deceased grandparents, some people I stopped talking to (for different reasons) and my last crush, who I fell in love with! and I lost contact with him since 2019. I always cry with this song, no matter where I am when I hear this song. I will say that my favorite albums of her are Bad Girl, In Brazil, Cover Girl, Nothing To Say, I'm So Happy, among others. It would have been great if Anita had been popular in Latin America, she was so talented and I think she will be loved here, unfortunately in my country, nobody knows her, I used to imagine that Anita sang on stages like Festival of Viña del Mar (an important festival of my country and I know, is crazy to imagine lol) but is so beautiful to believe that her music and legacy will never be forgotten. She's so amazing. Even if I discovered her music after her death, I will say she is a masterpiece by herself, her songs have had an impact on my life and I will never stop listening to her music. Anita, I love you!!! You will be my angel forever!!!
