Taller one tried to use her longer reach with those kicks, but looks like she ended up tiring herself out. Shorter one took more hits because of it but was saving her stamina and outlasted her opponent. Both are great fighters though and very beautiful. respect to both.

Aside for the win, Kobayashi's personality really came through in that fight and she was much more entertaining to watch. Sure it might have been forced by the fact that she was shorter and lacking in reach so she had to be scrappy, but she was a much more active and vibrant a fighter. Would like to see her matched up against another infighter for a nice and dynamic slugfest rather than chasing a outboxer around a ring. Win or lose, watching a someone just back away while tossing out non committal hits aiming for a decision win doesn't have nearly the same joy as two people giving their all in a massive dust up without cedeing ground.
