There are many crews practicing this dance form... The crux is u mi8 have missed... Every crew has the talent of tossing dancers to the exact height they want and there are sets of them on both sides.. It's like 4 people producing same amount of thrust at the exact moment and on beat of songs for about 3 minutes without fail everytime without a single miss...
