ATS3603 core is a 32-bit MIPS24KEc RISC , runs at 450MHz ... it should be similar to a powkiddy J6. That said this is no android device its an older style plain linux or custom firmware device.

No, sorry I don't. I'm not 100% sure, but if I remember correctly, the firmware is stored on the internal storage not on the SD card. Might not be an SD card issue. This thing appears to be a clone of the Powkiddy J6 so you may have better luck searching for that console.
