I don't think that seam is an issue because it's supposed to be a damaged Sentry hand and that can just be part of the damage. I also don't think she looks cross-eyed.

They retconned her. She isn't a clone anymore. They used Wolverines DNA and fertilized one of Dr. Kinneys eggs. She's coming down as the hand is cut off and slams against the ground it seems to me. I can't tell where the two pieces of the tentacle go together on mine.
