If you don't have energized, two yellow archon shards with energy orb efficiency should do the trick (kind of sleepy while writing so I don't know if this was mentioned) this also frees up that specific slot for something else that might prove useful

I get that terrify is the new kid on block but putting terrify and having to constantly cast it as opposed to just using gaze on 2 targets in tandem with The Vast Untime to freeze all timers just seems a bit counter productive. @@robotic-raceThe argument for terrify haven’t better mobility isn’t great, it’s not like casting gaze on an enemy is difficult. Once they’re both cast they’re doing the same thing except gaze doesn’t need to be recast once you’ve killed the armour stripped enemies and new ones arrive.

Weird setup on your end, the build i currently use is 200+ on duration and range and 192% on strength for armor strip 55 efficiency but that doesnt bother me since i only spam 1 ability which is the 4, since every skill is paused all i need to do is either collect stuff or just move around excelus cause some can proc fire that will kill you un notice, but i replaced xatu whisper with harrow chains, so if i need shield instantly i use throw chains so everything else can focus on strength or range

I think my favorite thing with Xaku is running the Zariman incarnons- I prefer Felarx over Phenmor since Grasp's a great roomclearer anyway, and if there's something that can take more than a few seconds of Grasp fire, Felarx oneshots it. Void angels are an absolute laugh- Click their heads, healthbar is GONE. Also fun fact, the damage of Grasp scales faster than health and armor starting at lvl 80, so the higher you go, the easier it is. Also also, I recommend keeping Grasp, two massive AOEs of full armor strip are amazing. You can camp an area and anything that walks in just fucking dies lmao My build is similar, but also different to this, which is interesting- I go minus efficiency to get the strength I need, but I also run Energy Nexus, Primed Flow, and Zenurik, so I never have any energy problems. Range is 100% the most needed stat, Duration is nice so I have that around 150%, I believe, and Strength sits at 175% or so.

Xaku is my favourite frame! Although I prefer not giving up his 3rd ability. At higher levels shield gating burns through too much energy alone, so using accuse from his 3 to convert a bunch of enemies into allies is a great way to keep the heat off of you. If use use the Relentless lost Augment mod for his 3 it will give you +105% ability strength for his 3 meaning you only need 100% strength in order to full strip. That means that I have to swap out his 1 unfortunately but it doesnt synergise with his 2 or 3, all it does is add extra damage which you dont need anyway so I ditch his 1 in favour of dispensary. Rolling equilibrium with dispensary means you have unlimited energy and you can use his 1 in order to shield gate, while also getting energy back from his 1 to keep shield gating. I run Brief respite, Primed sure footed, overextended, primed continuity, equilibrium, relentless lost, catalyzing shields, stretch, umbral intensify, and augur secrets. this has around 140% duration (more but I havent been bothered to max my primed continuity mod as It'll get taken off so many builds...), 100% efficiency, 230+% range and 100% strength. For arcanes as I dont really need anything I still run energize, and a flex slot depending on what you're going against. I use arcane ice, but thats because I like to spend a few hours in steel path kuva survivals and the amount of flame procs in that area from eximus' suck. Without rolling guard you would normally have to switch to operator for a while so this arcane is really nice to just ignore them completely. Switching into operator mode isnt all that bad either as your weapons keep firing! Arcane resistance could be nice if you're going against toxin procs. I have 2 blue shards to increase max energy as well. At the start of the mission I drop an energy pad so I can afford to drop my 1 and get infinite energy, then Ill start cycling through my relentless lost casting it 3 times to build up the stacks and you're set. Find a nice room to stay in and use Gaze on an enemy on either side of that room (you can have 2 of them with around 57m range which is great) that will full strip armor AND shields which terrify doesnt, and it doesnt make everyone run away which is bad for KPM. Then you just cast 2 a few times to max out the guns and then keep your 4 up, spamming 1 when you need to for shield gating and energy. If you're getting overwhelmed by enemies or being forced to shield gate too much you cast accuse which will convert a bunch of enemies to your side for a while. These guys will draw fire away from you or whatever you're trying to protect (kuva life support) for a while until either you decide to kill them off or they die themselves. Bear in mind in your video you said you're 1 and 2 will never run out which is not quite true, when you recast your 4th its actually not active for 0.7seconds so your other abilities tick down for a bit meaning that eventually your 1, 2 and more importantly for me, my 3 will eventually decay. So every now and then you will need to re-setup but thats not hard to do. So yeah, thanks for coming to my Ted talk on why xaku is best frame.

Just wondering, gaze is good because with Xaku, you're already building for range and it armor strips the enemy it traps swell as enemies in a certain radius around it (12m base scales with range). Vast untime pauses it also, so why go with terrify when, it's on a duration and causes enemies to run away when you can have zones of basically permanent armor strip and not have to chase any enemies down? Even if energy is an issue go for the augment which can give the ability 105% additional strength and 45% additional efficiency. Again not trying to say the build is bad i'm just curious about why go for terrify when gaze and the other abilites offered by the lost are already great in Xaku's kit Just some other stuff i'm wondering why no flow as you said Xaku is energy hungry (replace augur message with it with good ability management you'll be fine). Also xata's whisper stacks on top of grasp of lohk so try so strength is also really good on him so why no strength?

All valid points you make! Terrify is mainly used because it has slightly wider range while also being good for shield gating. It is mainly used in non survival scenarios like exterminate where running through the mission fast is required and it does that better than Gaze. For survival purposes I actually do recommend Gaze though. Enemies running away is not a big deal since The Vast Untime slows enemies. This Xaku is energy hungry but if you keep the KPM up then you won't run out of energy. The low strength is counteracted by molt augmented which gives us another 60 and puts above the 138% strength needed to armor strip fully with Terrify. Again all great points you make here! This was just my take on a "Gun Runner" Xaku and I appreciate the critiques.

Finally, my people. I've built my xaku with the mentality of using adaptation and health instead of shieldgating because i just don't run shieldgate builds at all. I ended up with Growing Power upping my str to 200%+. I've used a variety of non-maxed mods(some i'm too lazy to forma and max but some are required to not drain as much cuz they're corrupted mods). I went with Growing Power, Power Drift(only half, too lazy to forma again), Overextended R5, Stretch, Flow, Blind Rage R5, Adaptation(R8, lazy), Umbral intensify R9, Archon Continuinty(R8,lazy), Augur Secrets. For arcanes i went with arcane guardian and arcane energyze. But for shards.... i needed to put 1 red +10% str shard and 3 blue +150 health shards. This is because i haven't used Vitality so adaptation doesn't have WHAT to defend. The last shard can not be there or just be another +150 health. This build has about 30m radius strip on The Lost. Coupled with running Magus Anomaly(basically mag's pull but on operator) for CC enemies really never get outside of its range. But the duration of Vast Uptime is only around 35 seconds. Also energyze is needed here due to negative efficiency of 70%.

With every duration mod (including ones that have two effects like Niras Hatred) with two red shards gets you over 60 seconds for vast untime. When combined with Inner Might it allows for a free ability cast every 60 seconds. So essentially it removes all energy problems instantly.

Great video, there are way too few videos about Xaku. I am not sure I would call them non-binary, after all Xaku is made of parts from Three different Warframes (males and females). The lost are great abilities really, sure Gaze may be the star of the group because yea defense strip is too good. But Accuse is a great CC scaling with range and Deny is awesome scaling directly with Grasp of Lohk (the number of stolen weapons). On my Xaku set up I usually replace Xata's Whisper. I like to play Xaku very mobile I only put down my Gazes fields when I need to deal with a beefier target, Grasp of Lokhs is usually more than enough to deal with the majority of ads (there are 15 of them after all)

I explain in the video. Gaze is the only version of The lost that Xaku uses. Terrify needs less power strength for full strip, isn't stationary, and has more range while allowing you to keep xatas whisper which is great with this build.

This is also one of my favorite builds and as the comment below you said, it is also in theme of the spooky scary skeleton. Confusing comment. Xaku doesn't need duration because Vast Untime pauses all ability timers and you'll be recasting it alot since it weakens enemies to void damage, which his turrets do. Strength at 84% is subset by molt augmented which brings us above the 138% needed to full strip with terrify. Having low strength doesn't matter since the guns damage scales off of enemy level so with a full strip, you will 1 shot them anyways.

No. Gaze strip shield too. If you go on void on mot you prefer gaze.. terrify Is good for sure, but with j'accuse you increase your chance to survive and gaze strip armor and shield. Put terrify only to strip greneer armor and slow enemies make no sense. Another things. I play xaku with energize r5 and 45% efficiency without any problems of Energy. So streamline Is useless and blind rage give you enough strenght to put overextended and have 200 % Power strenght. This video, in my opinion, has a wrong view of xaku. You don t really understand how to use and mod him.

On demonstration you risk to die a lot of time. You don t use brief respite on a shield gate build (?) You Need to recast terrify two or three times but enemies in the room still Attack you. Enemies with shield are not vulnerable.. Grasp of lock with low Power strenght make no sense. You can kill faster using 200% Power strenght and gaze ( shield and armor strip) without xata wishper.. for sure. Then you miss you can increase dodge chance with a different configuration. Xaku can have 95% chance to dodge if you use mods and heavy Attack. I think you don t understand this warframe. Probably Is better if you delete this video cause can really create confusion if people use your configuration

You do not need to recast Terrify for the same enemy as fully build molt augmented stacks give you a full strip combined with Corrosive Projection Grasp of Lohks damage scales with enemy level, power strength is unnecessary. While I agree that Gaze is also a fantastic ability, this was a focus on a more mobile Xaku build and not the absolute end all be all of Xaku builds. Why would I want to increase dodge chance? When 1 bullet on Steel Path can completely wipe shields its better to just build into constant shield gating which this build does with Terrify/Augur set bonus. I would argue I understand the frame better than you do. Your point on Grasp of Lohk is just plain wrong terrify is another level of crowd control so as your guns are shooting them, they are not shooting you. In terms of shields, yea Gaze does take them away but watch the video.. they are not an issue with this when paired with Terrify. On the topic of your other comment. Calling streamline useless again backs up my point of you do not understand modding. This is a build meant around shield gating with Teriffy which means you cast it A LOT. Try playing any frame and spamming a 45% efficiency Terrify even with r5 energize... it does not work. Your comment, in my opinion, could have brought up some valid points but faltered. You don't seem to really understand how to mod them.

@@kyaii grasp of lock scales on Power strenght too. If you put 200% Power strenght and use gaze you kill enemies faster faster and faster than your useless configuration, without using xata wishper.. You don t Need terrify. You don t Need efficiency for a shield gaze build cause xaku stop abilities countdown. I can easily use shield gate with no efficiency. I use xaku against 9999 enemies in steel Path and i can say your way Is completly wrong. I dont know, It s Just for fun.. But if a new player look at your video could think that your way Is good so in my opinion Is Better if you delete the video. Xaku Is so strong that you can do everything you want and he works good but you don t understand the right configuration. Heavy Attack set to Dodge more bullets, Sly vulpaphila make you unvulnerable at 95% , if a bullet hit you, you cast the vast untime to use shield gate. Zero problems of efficiency with energize r5. Than you choose to delete gaze and j accuse .. It s illogical. Xata wishper Is the ability you delete if you want to change something. In the demonstration enemies hit you a lot of time and you use terrify all the time. With gaze and j accuse this things don t happen. You insta kill all the room and nobody touch you. Your way to use xaku with this build make no sense. That s for.sure. i use xaku to cap level since day One. Try with energize r5 and then we can talk about that.

If you can’t enjoy playing Ember without identifying as female, you have a seriously stunted outlook on the world that will limit everything you think and do. You’ve obviously been taught that you can’t/shouldn’t enjoy something unless it has someone with the same race, skin color, religion, economic status, sexuality, gender, physical status as you. It’s sad that you have to live and view life through such a limiting lens. But hey, it’s your channel and thank you for putting out Warframe content. It would just be nice to not have wokeness infecting every aspect of life including the games we play. The same side that pushes inclusivity is the same side that would love to ban games with guns in them so be careful what you wish for.

I think I can understand some of your animosity towards the “wokeness,” for example the scooby doo reboot that idk somehow thought that diversity or whatever was all you needed to be a good show, or a few other attempts in media where they replaced quality writing and acting with an attempted representation of diversity or wokeness or whatever, but I really like how DE did this. It’s not a focus. You can play xaku and not know they’re non binary. Their abilities have nothing to do with their gender. It looks like a good frame (idk cause I haven’t farmed for it yet), and it just happens to be in their backstory that they’re non binary. And even though I’m a cis white male who has never had an issue with not seeing anyone like me in movies or games I enjoy, it’s a really important thing for people. I remember when the new little mermaid movie came out and I saw videos of kids’ faces lighting up because they saw a character they liked that looked like them. Even though I’ve never experienced it for myself, I don’t find it hard to imagine the kind of effect that seeing people that are like you in some way only portrayed in a certain way (like criminals or slaves) or not being portrayed at all, and the fact that that can happen without it taking away from the quality of the frame, the story, or any other elements is really cool, and that’s why I think your frustration is misplaced.

My frustration was not that DE made a non-binary frame, but that kyaii said it was “really cool” which is a phrase he says a lot in his videos so I doubt he really meant anything by it. But, when I asked why the gender of a game puppet mattered or was “really cool”, as if on cue, he predictably mentioned “representation”. That line of thinking is symptomatic of a bigger problem plaguing the gaming, movie and comic book industries (as well as society at large).
