Diamond Dog In terms of defense and survival he is the strongest, though Motoharu Kikkawa has more impressive achievements in warfare. Kenshin, Yukimura and Keiji are amongst the strongest also. Motonari Mori was strong as well in his youth before he became the clan leader.

Diamond Dog Motonari was a warrior in his youth and bested adults regarded as the best in the rival clans, when his older brother died he settled down and became the best strategist and politician of the era. Toshiie is strong but Keiji is stronger, Toshiie however is a great leader.

Naomasa and Toyohisa are high but not top. Tadakatsu is better than Keiji.

Because Tadakatsu has more achievements as a fighter than Keiji. Muneshige is stronger than Keiji, Keiji is stronger than Yukimura. Yukimura is regarded as Japan's Finest Samurai, not it's finest fighter. Yukimura does not come close to Zhao Yun. Zhao Yun is only bested by Lu Bu, with Sun Jian and a prime Huang Zhong being closely behind Zhao Yun. Also Ginchiyo fought in battle to protect Muneshige so she was a rare female fighter.

The Shimazu version of Sekigahara in SW4-II is much more epic than this. In this version the Western Army is just pitiful.
