In such questions its better to go by the options coz the examiner also would have realized that some options are way too close to be objectively differentiated and formed options accordingly.

in question no 2, aren't they asking about the organisational impact and thus C should have been the ans, as if only thakur had taken 2 decision, there wouldn't have been or very less impact on the organisation and thus it should have been in the end?

No. Lack of decision making would mean ki koi decision nahi liya. Understand that he did take decisions, even if they were uinfair or wrong

For the 6th question.. I don't agree with just emotional instability being the answer.. Fairness, Accountability, Empathy are all qualities of an ethical leader.. he didn't have any of them for the night shift employees.. to Ethical behaviour is a better and a much more complete answer according to me
