Here an example of luck... wen we were about to buy a home that was a bad year the rent was coming to an end of the least n u don't have much time to look for a house n u had so little time to look for homes n u also tired of dealing with the leaking ceiling, the neighbor downstair who bothering u all these just makes u feel the pressure n then u buy the house during the time the mortage high after u buy the home the house martket down. some people are LUCKY they seem to buy the house wen the house market is CHEAPEr
