@@aveongreen2368first of all. Xavi won the league last year. With the pretty much the same team even worse. At least in terms of defense nothing has changed. But we see the team conceding record breaking goals. Girona with 50 millions budget team beats Xavi twice and team conceding 8 goals. I am expecting team to get better but the team is getting worse. Even when they won a game, it is because the opponents don’t score their chances. Many games we were relying on Ter Stegen to save us. Therefore, I think it is time to change.

Those 7 games are the difference between being a loser and a winner. Xavi has gotten every player he asked for. Xavi chose Dembele over Neymars return and look how that turned out for us. Xavi lost us those games with his lack of tactics. Football knowledge or lack off lol 😆 😂 🤣

Its a complete and total mess with no end in sight or at least the foreseeable future. So again what makes you think the likes of Nagelsmann and Flick would bother with that when they themselves are at a make or break point in their coaching careers. NO one said they are willing to join Barca, ok, Nagelsmann wasn't even contacted only Flick was and Flick which has been documented said he loves the rich history of FC Barcelona and loves the city as a potential place to live but in terms of coaching he prefers not coach now because genius he also understands and knows what is going on at FC Barcelona

Plus everything going at FC Barcelona in terms of the financial woes and mismanagement of the club has been well documented way before Xavi came back as coach and also Laporta's failure to really have any vision or concrete plans has also been well documented. So what Xavi has said about FC Barcelona finances alot of football pundits, experts, and analysts have said many times and with more harsh tone.

Laporta was somewhat able to get away with treating Koeman like this, because Koeman was from the older generation. Xavi comes from the generation that a lot of these younger fans grew up on. Whether Xavi has his own issues or not, Laporta won't be able to get away with treating Xavi like this. Personally, I don't think Xavi was ever ready for the job and if you can't make over 250m Euros worth of players work then you don't need to be there.

But not being able to replace Busquets and get a quality Defensive Mid in order to compete at the level we saw last season is what cost us a lot this season in my opinion. Xavi even said it himself how that position is crucial to the way Barcelona are supposed to be playing.

It's Laporta's fault. How can he beg Xavi to stay on when Xavi said he was leaving then get mad at him because he was realistic with the expectations to the fans and media?? It is ridiculous. Wasting their time. Xavi has been given ample time already and still fails to live up to Barca's stature. If something doesn't work for you, you change it. So sticking with Xavi is pointless because realistically, he won't win the league next season against Mbappe's Real. Barca needs to adapt to modern football and go for coaches like Hansi Flick, Tuchel, or something. The team needs new ideas, not this Guardiola/Cruyff philosophy.
