Both boys are a joy to watch. Xavi seems to be more aware of what is going on about him and is not shy in telling his teammates where they should be and who they should be marking. Dembele is more skill full, fantastic balance. He reminds me of a young Pele, I am old enough to remember the great man. 51 to 49 for Dembele.

Xavier Simon's is a great kid with lots of talent and great awareness which you can't always train in someone but they show you flashes in the tournament when he's not near Dembele, it's like he had to cross the pitch to get the ball, now look at the clips of Dembele next Xavier...no harm to him but Karamoko runs past him like he's not even there...just a note and all the best to the two lads...by the way Karamoko Dembele just signed a three year professional deal at Celtic at the age of fifteen several days ago...I personally hope and look forward to both young men meeting in the Champions league very soon...⚽️🍀☘💚🇮🇪

Both are very different type of players. Xavi Simons is the type of player who controls the midfield, dictates the play and control the tempo of the game who like to dominate the midfield. On the other hand, Dembele is more attacking minded rather than control, he runs direct to the goal when he gets the ball. Both are gem.!

Dembele is stronger and a little faster. Both have great dribbling skills. Simons has better vision, I think, and smarter at passing at the right moment. It will be interesting see in what ways they improve.
