@jamesbarnhart1232 Okay I'll be civil & respectful but more than this, I'm going to be honest. Xavier Worthy isn't as fast as advertised. His fastest 100m time is only a 10.65. This doesn't even put him in the top 70 fastest men in NFL history. The NFL combines is very inaccurate bc the start is hand motion timed. Let me explain. Xavier bent his elbow at the start, which allowed his body start his running motion without the clock starting rendering him a head start which shaved hundreds of seconds off of his time. Xavier is more or less about a 4.4 guy, which is still very fast for football but extremely slow compared to the real fastest men in NFL history. If you think I'm full of it, there's a very good video on YT explaining how Xavier manipulated his 40 yard time start. It's all hype to sell the NFL. Xavier is nowhere near as fast as he's been sold to us on.

How can you be called a bust before playing your first NFL game 😂 he’s got a bright future ahead of him, take it easy Chiefs fans. And even with last years drop issues you guys still won the Super Bowl

That's why it's called practice. He's learning. He's thinking about other stuff besides just catching. It takes a while to get up to speed.

Reminds me of old raiders WR Jacoby Ford. Dude was lightning fast and athletic and but would drop in the clutch. Concrete blocks for hands sometimes

They said the same thing about Jamar chase when he dropped passes in his rookie camp. He then went on to win offensive rookie of the year.

As a Bengals fan him & Hollywood are a little scary. His highlights from college taking short passes to the house looked explosive.

I'm a Bills fan, but I've been following this channel for a while and all I gotta say is people will call anyone a bust if they see snippets of bad performance. Gotta ignore the haters

Jamar Chase dropped 6 passes in the preseason as a rookie , I think like 9 or 1 overall including camp .. he’s right now about to be one of the highest paid receivers in the league

People don’t realize catching the ball on a route isn’t just about hands. It’s timing between the qb and receiver. If he’s not in synch with the qb yet he doesn’t know exactly when the qb is going to release the throw or how hard he’s going to throw it. With hundreds of reps he will instinctively know as soon as he sees the ball when and where he needs to get his hands even if the throw is a little off or a little early. With his talent he’s not dropping perfect passes but it takes time to be in tune enough with the qb to know what the balls going to do as soon as he sees it even if it’s not exactly where it’s supposed to be. Thats why defensive backs drop more interceptions than receivers drop passes

As a bengals fan I can confirm it’s to cope with the fact that Xavier Worthy, if he is good, will help continue the chiefs dynasty so I tell myself he sucks as to try and convince myself my bengals will win this year

Rookie Mini-camp includes Rookie QBs. The passes are not being thrown by QB1, and in most cases thrown by someone who likely will be on the practice squad at best. New rule: anyone who declares bust after Rookie mini-camp is automatically discredited as a source.
