I use a menstrual cup and will never go back to pads and tampons, so much more efficient! I got mine on Amazon for less than $5, if you go and buy them in the stores you’ll pay almost $30. Nice video by the way😊

I've tried the cups before. I like them, but it can be kind of messy when you're changing them out so I feel like it's kind of inconvenient using them if you're going to be out of the house for an extended amount of time.

@@LeslieDior yes i used them while laying down without a problem and if it's not a heavy day you can keep it in for up to 12 hrs i think, so even sleep with it in.

⁠@@s_update_1I got off Depo in July of 2024 it can take up to 6 months for it to be completely out of your system 🥹 so I have yet to get my Period yet .

The Naturium shower wash is VERY overrated. Wasn't impressed at all and didn't bother finishing the whole bottle. Don't recommend. I'm going to pickup that new Dove scent you showed though!
