The display settings will reset, and it should boot in low resolution. 2- If you're using HDMI, try switching to Component or Composite cables (if available) to see if the video output is the issue. 3- If the above steps don’t work, it could indeed be an issue with the HANA/Scaler chip, which handles video output. Before giving up, consider having someone with experience reflow or reball the chip. A full replacement is the last resort, but it's possible if you're comfortable with that level of repair. 4- Sometimes, this issue can also be caused by GPU or motherboard problems. If reflowing the HANA chip doesn’t work, reflowing the GPU might help. Give those a shot first, and let me know how it goes! Hopefully, it’s a simple fix and not the HANA chip! 😅

This error is unknown but assumed to be a short either under Southbridge and (H)ANA chip. The 0023 secondary error code for the Xbox 360 console typically deals with the clock chip not responding. Due to most communication passing from the ANA/HANA to the southbridge, the southbridge could also be at fault.A reflow of the southbridge could fix your problem.
