Looks like they have just taken a standard fridge wrapped it inside a custom wooden shell box, changed the led's and had a hinge triggered audio effect added. Despite the huge protective box i spotted a nice gash on the side of the fridge at 3:28 where you and Justine tugged the fridge outside of the container by the strap.
