I'm incredibly picky when it comes to home mods, well all mods really, I like to keep immersion and realism. I just saw this mod today and checked it out in game. Every single part of this home is fantastic. All the thought and care you've put into it is evident. I love the treasure room and hidden cabinet, also the location is perfect. I love the snow and wind. Its very central too, close to solitude, white run, and winterhold. Thank you very much for making this, please keep em coming. Ps. This mod has tied with Bloodchill Cavern for top skyrim home.

Sounds like someone is shopping for wedding venues? That's great. It Is a percola, good call. The horse haunch on the dining room table is the last 1,000 gold horse that decided to Attack a bloody dragon! Just a note: before pasturization was a thing, you could keep milk for days at room temp and it was fine. Another case of food providers creating a need...although room temp milk tasted horrible it kept well. I would use this home and it has enough goodies that you get the value back inside, ingots, jewels, etc. I like that even though it is a stone house it does not feel cold. I appreciate the Christmas theme (it was 84f here yesterday). Thanks for the showcase this house is a win. Give a hi to the ryantifam and wonderful Chloe. Hugs

if i remember something else, the reason to pasteurize is that milk straight out the udder can kill you. the reason it doesn't is due to the health benefits of it not killing you. it can really boost your immune system, although it does come with risks as mentioned. yeah, it can be fine in the kitchen or somewhere else in your home and stay "fresh" the whole point of pasteurization is to keep you safe from things like tuberculosis, listeriosis, etc. it isn't just a random, unprovoked need, it can really be harmful to yourself and your family. I hope you haven't actually given unpasteurized milk to someone or yourself, it's a health risk that puts you at risk of dying.

@@Daltonisntabot Milk HAS to be pasturized now. I was speaking of the millions of farmers who had cows. It is the injections of massive doses of different shots that cause the milk to be poisoned. My family grew up drinking cow's milk and many other families did the same. Now companies make "enriched" feeds for cows and that is excreted into their milk. It is dangerous to drink milk directly from cows today.

@@phyllissmith9426 That makes sense. I didn't grow up like that, so I wouldn't know. Learned something new though. The way the internet put it during random searches doesn't mention that fact. Guess it shouldn't be much of a surprise that human interference causes unintentional effects to happen.

Oh wow, I'm rarely blown away but this blows me away. It's so well thought out! And such a flex. It actually lost a couple of points with the enormous collector room-- till then I loved how it scattered treasure in public areas, all the better to impress your guests. (Also wish it had a servant NPC or two.) But it wins points back for the way it does storage. The holiday decorations are awesome, so many custom touches! That greenhouse, with an alchemy rig. Yes, if I end up with someone high enough level, I'd use this. Absolutely an endgame house, though.

Oh thank you! Actually you can hire your own servants and invite people to live there ;) About the treasure room, the original version didn't have it, but I got so many requests to add, that I just gave up and added lol But I'm pretty happy with the feedbacks on the house, I just love seeing it on other people's games :D

@@dovahkiinathay3421 If I could make a suggestion, I believe it's possible to set up mods to have different install options. Would it maybe be possible to set it up in such a way that when you add the ESP to MO2, you can select Treasury or No Treasury variants?

Thanks for the review, I love this mod. Fun fact, you can actually purchase this house for 1 gold! The button in the stable just takes however much gold you have on you and gives you the key. Keep making awesome videos!!

I feel like it's worth 35k gold for how much you get and End Game house. But how big is the file size for this and will it work on a old Xbox 1 pr will the fps come to a stall. I'd love to have this place if the file size isn't too big and the fps isn't too bad. Amazing home,so this was what that one person was suggesting to Chloe in the discord for. I'm glad they did! Great work on the video as always. I'm sad Tim didn't make his snarky remark about a certain person being a "whale". Lmfao 🤣 I'm sorry. Will you finish up the Anniversary Edition stuff? I'd love to see what else it added and does anyone know if they will add more to it at a later date? 🤔

Great video! @Ryant1um, if you're interested check out this mod called Dragon infused Daedric Armor! It's a very cool Armor mod under Heavy (Daedric smithing), Light (Dragon smithing) and Clothing sections but all are the same looks but different stats! But see it for yourself and go from there 😁✌👍

It's pretty, and it has all the good bells and whistles... but it looks more like it belongs in Winterhold than Morthal to me.
