Hi Sheadi, I noticed there were two 'owned beds' upstairs and as I like this house so much I wanted to use it as my first and main house, I followed the process of the 'custom family home' steps till the end, and then I approached Lucia, Sofie, and a modded child for adoption but none of them recognized that I have a house, I only had an option to reply "no I don't" to the question if I have a place they could live. Does the custom family home only work when the family is being moved from another house? I got that mod especially because of this house and I don't know if the problem is with the house or with the custom family home? It really is a great house otherwise.

I so love encountering the homes secrets with you. And that you were so confused by the outdoor desk, bookshelf. It has a Thalmor feel to it, to me. Or Bard’s College. I also really like the linen cloths.

That bookshelf at the blacksmithing area is Obviously for smithing skill books. I always like to "store" my companions downstairs, haha. I have never liked the Solitude style but you can't beat free. I miss getting to watch streams with everyone during the week. Who knew that I would have a full time job in my sixties(unpaid except for love). My mom had a bad few days, the stress of niece's cancer and transfusions, etc. had been hard on her as well. I hope all of you are well. Give Chloe and Ryantifam my love. HUGS

Even on xbox, I love the PS4 player homes. Tiny hdd space for that 5gb limit. No fps hit, and few to no bugs in my experience. Leaves me more space for armor and weapon textures. I reccommend "cathedral of the nine, Wizard's tower, silverstead manor & old Hroldan Ruins" on xbox

Wasn't sure there was going to be a showcase today -- Happy Memorial Day Ryan and Chloe! Nice place (those outside bookshelves are an OLD feature -- I've seen them on farms/pioneer places) A Solitude house put "down South" ...I think I LIKE this idea. Love the grounds. Gorgeous interior ....hit me as "gothic" -- you're right it is difficult to make stone "warm" ...I think it's the lighter colour tone that makes it work. Very majestic ...I'd live there. From the name and the Blood potion I thought for SURE it was going to turn into a Vampire joint...but no...it's lovely! 💛🍁💛 (it's a little warmer today low 50s!)

Only missing a pool/hot tub/bath tub to go in. 😔 The bedroom for sleeping and other activities (my mind straight to the gutter 😏😂) you:for reading! You darn perverts! Me:you know us too well. Odd I don't see a snarky comment from Tim. 🤔 I think I'll get this home and take out one of the houses I don't use. (I'm maxed on how many I can have) Also,I think that's steam from a natural hot spring,not fog. Thays the shrunken Elder Scroll box Valeria has in the Soul Cairn. (Someone else already made that obversation in another comment about the odd box on the hearth of the fireplace) I really like this location,not many homes in this area. Just hope it's safe from bandits.

A warning to anyone who’s thinking of downloading this mod Avoid putting weapons on the weapon racks and avoid putting armour on the mannequins Doing this causes the static items around the inside of the home to glitch

Love the vids keep up the great work. I have a quick question, do you know of a dark/ rundown/ evil home for a alchemist with a lot of empty planters? Im making a evilish werewolf alchemist and the homes I have found would work have full planters meaning I can’t put my own in them and the filled ones don’t respawn whereas empty ones will. Also is there a mod that allows me to place working planters?
