It is still in the stone look of Solitude but the plants and paintings warmed it up a lot. I get a room for my Goodies! And a Bath! Okay I am sold. Hope you and Chloe are good. This home is beautiful (and has a huge bath downstairs and a private bath in the master bedroom so you KNOW someone's gonna love it;-) My only issue is I'm already using the TNF AIO, so TNF Proudspire is 20 feet away...

As of 20 September the mod was updated by the mod author. If your having trouble uninstall and reinstall. No quest but 15k gold. The new person to buy it from is on the outside patio. Good luck everyone.

Yessss I downloaded this beautiful mod yesterday. Unfortunately INIGO will not relax there as its not officially my home until the quest is released. Hope that happens soon. This is my forever home in the waiting. Lovely showcase once again.

No quest, but the buy fix was loaded. Just uninstall and reinstall. Bless the house and everything works. My Kaiden is working great in the house.

PC version has the update where you have to buy it. Still top two houses in Solitude to me are the redoran manor and Springwood. Springwood has the honor of not having acres and acres of those Mannequins. Those things, they are worst than mudcrabs

My complaint is the same one I feel like I always have as an alchemist-- why only one storage container for both alchemy and enchanting? That tiny little house with the spider you recently covered managed to wodge a ton of storage around those itty-bitty crafting stations so I feel like if you can do that in so little space, these large homes have absolutely no excuse. At least pop in a couple of pouches. When you've got hundreds of ingredients, it's so much easier if you can split them into 2 or 3 containers-- plus potions for future adventures, potions for sale. I always see homes like this and think the mod author must not be really into crafting, you can always tell when someone is by how functional the stations are!

you can have 6 beds, enter the kids bedroom and look to the ceiling between the 2 chandeliers. There's an invisible activator to switch to 6 beds ;) Glad you like it :D

When i got the house, the statue was not holding the key ;-; maybe its load order or glitch? Idk. My follows act weird in Solitude too.. they run around randomly when im stationary

Probably a load order problem. There are some mods that may conflict if they alter the area. The lastest version you have to buy the house from Ilyrio, who will be sitting at the patio ;)

@@thayanesevero3878 I tried and did not work :( he was not there at all o; tried different times of day.. nothing. I tried something else i found the issue ^^ Increase Follower Mod. Once I turned it off.. the man was there where you said and i was able to buy house :D . Idk why that mod was an issue honestly but im glad i managed to find problem hehe.

I do like this mod but a part of me just cant accept that I can't fast travel straight to it are there any other similar mods with a collection room because that is what sells it, unless someone can take the collection room and put it in leafs rest haha losing the bath would be no big loss for me just saying

Home mods never work for me either. It’s sad cause all I want is a rad house. Try editing your load order eventually it might stick. Good luck!

@@manager6711 Fluff in the mod description says it was originally built for the builder's bard wife. So I feel like I can give it a pass for that. Also makes it easier to handwave why it doesn't work now, especially for a non-bard character. "Who knows what magical mystery made it work? I guess Lia took it with her when she passed."
