Damn. I got this game and was so disappointed in everything about it except for the graphics. The sound is so generic. The controls are quite bad. The game play is so bad there are so many glitches. I was near the end and it glitched me to the corner of the screen and was stuck. That's why I even cam over just to watch what happened at the end. So bad for such a big name. Sad.

Due to a glitch, my game froze in the second phase, the screen didn't advance... I thought the game was reasonable for nostalgia's sake, but now I hate it. *I'm glad I didn't buy it, I got it from Epic.

Don't knock out the toy from the platform, but stun it, like normally jump on it. Then pick it up, and throw to the angry cube. If you would do by accident, you can respawn it like going back and forth.

I have to somewhat agree with you, but my problem isn’t with the HD graphics, the graphics definitely look like the original show, absolutely love Rugrats, this has the makings of a good game if not great, but this game is frustrating letdown, and the gameplay is my biggest issue. It’s way too easy to get hit by the enemies, there’s no continues, and they use the TMNT NES/8-Bit Bloodstained Curse of the Moon mechanic for a lives system with no actual lives, the gameplay is a mess, previous Rugrats games like Search for Reptar, Studio Tour, Rugrats in Paris, and Royal Ransom aren’t anything mind blowing but their gameplay is more fun than this game.

If you're like me and grew up in the 80s and 90s with games like this on the master system and mega drive or nes and snes, this game is super super easy compared to games from that era. But it's still a throwback trying to give you the same feelings as games based on cartoons gave you back then. Just with much easier gameplay, for the young kids of today who whine and whine if a game is even remotely difficult and want their hand held the whole time. I don't know what they'd think about a modern game that's actually a bit difficult like Cuphead for example. Although even Cuphead is much much easier than games from the 80s and 90s. You've just got to man up and stop whining. Games with no difficulty whatsoever are boring.

Buy this game and you'll become the ultimate Baby-Killer (if you want it or not) - even on "Newborn" Difficulty i suffered like about 226'000 deaths already. 💀 👻 I absolutely love the "Rugrats" and this game (that's why i keep going) but man is it tough as nails - past the very first level, it basically becomes a Dark Souls in diapers and i simply can't imagine any kids out there having enough patience to best each and every lvl tbh. 🫣
