34:52 completely disconnect your critical infrastructure business from the internet forbid and prevent any internet connection. there is no reason utility companies HAVE to be on the internet and not on their own private line disconnected network. hacker problem 99% solved. a bad actor at the company or one of it's contractors with physical site access would be the last remaining 1% of hackability. after that the next option is sabotage of power plants and distribution stations or primary power lines/towers

the becker sherco coal fired plant is being permanently shut down 2023 and the monticello and red wing nuclear plants are being shuttered in september 8 2030 due to nuclear atomic fatigue that is irreparable at this point. this nuclear plant is already running on borrowed time 23+ years past it's designed operational life expectancy while sitting on the old fused mississippi river earthquake fault line (fused means it won't break at the exact river where the fault line fused together, just on either side of this fuse which is still a very old weak point in the earths crust, when the next major earthquake happens on which ever side of this fused point the river will quickly fall into it's path and thus fuel the tectonic slip slide process at much accelerated rates as the water seeps down to the core heat and begins to boil further radiating, amplifying and frequency increasing future quakes.
