i am in USAG and i am in Xcel Gold. i practice 6 hours a week.

RE anthem if you’re in xcel then you’re not usag. Usag is levels 1 to 10. I’m xcel gold and I train 7 hrs/week

Hey I want to do gymnastics really bad. I can't do it because I play two instruments and in five chiors. My mom thinks it is too much. I really want to do it at home but I have no equipment to do gymnastics on.
