my question is this - why not use the platelet poor plasma as well as the prp ? why separate the two? isnt PPP used in healing as well as PRP?

In order to get PRP, you have to separate the blood components. If you wish to use the PPP as well as the PRP, you've got to take the PPP and condense it via a Hemaconcentrator, like the one we have in our Protein concentration kits. However, you won't be able to put all that PPP into a joint.
