Lemme bet, considering ur comments for Hatherly and Lill, u r South-African... I'm a genius! Epic champs r Nino Schurter (the G.O.A.T, owning ALL RECORDS of this sport; titles, medals, victories, podiums, relays...), who would b 1st of the GC if he didn't miss 2 races this year, and Alessandra Keller, who already won BY FAR the short-track overall even 1 race before the end of the season and will EASILY win (only 8 points missing to b 330 pts above the 2nd of the rankings. 322 points of advance 2 races before the end of the season is HUGE, as SHE is) the overall, so, both GC, like in 2022. And yes, like u r S-A, I'm Swiss and proud of mines, the greatests of mountain bike. Yesterday, victory for Frei like the day before, and in the short-track of this week-end, 3 Swiss guys AND 3 Swiss women in the top 8, and in the XCO men, despite Nino finished far because of his flat tire, 3 Swisses anyway ON THE PODIUM, and several times, Colombo, Guerrini and Flückiger, those 3 Swiss were ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd of the race, that's beyond imagination.

GREAT to see Sina🇨🇭 Frei finally back at her top level, winning again after 3 years without a victory (but several podiums anyways, some 2nd, 3rd places, till last season, but not in 2024 before her victory of Lake Placid's short-track and her 2nd place - for me she's tied 1st, cause less than 0,1 second after 1h18 of race, it's not fair to keep a victory from her for so few -) since her world champion title of XCC; till the XCC she won the day before this race here and then winning again this XCO (I repeat: for me, she won with Stigger). Best result in 2024 before Lake Placid, 10th... what CRAZY resultS this week-end considering that.

unfortunate that this was held so close to the Road Worlds where some contenders were busy competing for world titles. It seems UCI still havent accepted that there are some multi-talented cyclists who would like to ride in more events.

It's not a sponsor that makes the effort, so, the girls that beat her r at least as deserving compliments, respect as her, and I repeat, what a shame to see here only comments for her and no 1 of the others, like some times I saw for exemple under the video of this channel many comments for Dascalu who didn0't do anything special in the race they were commenting, and isn't one of the best, by far not, and not even 1 commet for exemple for Schurter who won the race and his, by far, the G.O.A.T., as EVERY SINGLE stat/record of this sport proves. He owns them ALL! But last time he won, not even a single comment to congratulate him, b happy for him, but, as I said, several comments in favor oof who I wrote, and same than here, neither some for the other guys than him, so, not only Nino but also the other guys of this podium at the time. This is a channel that inly true, hard, real fans of this sports should watch and comment, and every single true fan don't cheer just for his compatriots cause they r his compats, even when they race badly. A true fan can cher for them, but also congratulate the G.O.A.T. who just won once again. Not to do it is only pure disrespect for the athletes. That's my opinion! And most of the people commenting have no idea about the sponsor anyway, and once again, many sportsmen and women in History did way way better than her, won tons of competition without having a sponsor. U don't need it to buy a good bike (apart if u r really poor I agree, but bikes r expansive but don't cost millions either) nor to train. U just need a road or a path or a way or whatever u can ride on, and even with a not so good bike, u can train to become a champ. Many champs were without sponsor and poor, trained with poor material... it didn't impede them to become great champions. U over-estimate the importance of sponsors. It's a way people use to make average (not her, she's way more than average, but I speak in general) people seem way greater than they r, this kind of arguments. Next time, if she wins, I won't b shocked of course if all comments r for her. But she didn't, by far, and no 1 except me showing respect to the bests of the day kills me. Once again, show ur admiration for her... AND ADD A NICE WORD for the winners, it doesn't cost anything. I'm tired of seeing always under those videos no 1 congratulating the winners of the race they r commenting but just making like their favorite was the best... even if he/she finished 14th or 20th.

@@robertdavidson6354 Of course I don't have anything against Candice, and I respect her... contrary to u, who don't show any respect for the others, specially for Sina Frei, victory Saturday, victory sunday (cause 0,01 second behind after 1h18' = a victory for me). If wining both races of the w-e doesn't make her deserve at least 1 people congratulating her, then explain me what does? And Frei could b without sponsor, it'd b the same, u wouldn't have congratulate her neither, let's b honest! Or at least, not all comments here would b for her (they'd b for Lill anyways), despite the victories + no sponsor if she hasn't any, so, ur answer is a bad excuse I think.

I lost my time answering u then, but won't lose any more. By the way, Hatherly, 1 world champion title, Nino Schurter, 17; 10 individual + 7 relay, so, instead of saying the world champ Alan, u could just say Alan. I didn't write the 17 times world champion Nino Schurter, I only call him by his name. And AH will win the overall... only cause Schurter is nice enough to have let him do, as he decided to withdraw an entire week-end of the cup... that he was leading by far before this and would've lead til the end of the year without 2 races less than Alan and most of the others. 330 points that Schurter could've won there. 0 instead of possible 330 changes everything. He was less than 200 behind before Lake Placid. Anyways...
