He could enter Phoenix Man's spirital realm and he could also warp and move Garou's spatial portals with ease. Saitama should have been able to quite effortlessly get out of 106's pocket dimension. 682 is large so if he even tried attacking he would lose sight of 173 cause his hand or tail or anything would cover it causing it to start tearing 682 apart until 682 could escape. I'm also pretty sure its implied 173 preys on 682 (and everything else) the only way I see 682 adapting is him emitting light and having eyes literally everywhere, but then 173 could probably attack him faster than he could adapt. I could just be spitting nonsense but that's all I know lol.
