@canaress Again, this is a TAS. I save points in the fight and can do things regular human limitations can't do (Hit at last frame, dodge moves at the last frame, etc.). A TAS is meant to provide entertainment, not show skill. Also, some hitboxes with Fei Long's attacks are weird, and as you saw, his Jumping Hard Kick should have hit me, but thanks to the ability to save and go back to fix mistakes, I took no damage. No cheating was involved.

A TAS is a Tool Assisted Speedrun. I'll put the link in the video description if you wanna read more about it! Basically, I save at different frames/parts of the game, and whenever I perform an action that doesn't pan out (Getting hit/Messing up a combo/etc.) I rewind/reload that save point and try something new. The result is a video where it seems like the AI is set to Very Easy :) Depending on the TASer he/she may choose to do flashy combos or just mess with the game in general!

The first edition of Street Fighter II is called The World Warrior, so presumably in the SF universe all of the fighters on the roster are the only strongest ones that are KNOWN... Having defeated every known fighter that has made an appearance in this fight for the strongest, Bison assumes there is now no one strong enough to take him on. In the Turbo Edition(Between World Warrior and The New Challengers), Bison appears to have an army in his ending, so that also leads to believe he has some command over a region/land of some sort.

Theoretically, yes, it is possible, but unlikely! This is a TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun). Basically, I slow the game down to frame-by-frame motions, and I attempt an action at any given frame (jump/kick/etc.). Although I plan out the matches, this isn't me actually me playing the game. He just has the power to slow down time to make sure he does what he wants to do, and if he gets hit he can say "that didn't count" and rewind so he does something different. Oftentimes the goal of making a TAS is to find out what's really possible once you remove human limitations on execution and reaction, and in the process you can learn a lot about how the game really works.

You don't know that for sure. By the rules of the SGS, it should have killed him, but you need a conscience to actually die from the attack as it's fueled by turning the evil in your heart against you. It's not the physical wounds. Depends on the opponent, but it doesn't kill everyone.
