Snipers in this game do definitely need some tweaks. The Tac-50 being one shot anything above the waist is nuts. Now I know some people like Jev have said it takes a lot of skill, and maybe it does on controller, but I feel like much less so on MnK. I had a couple games in a row where I was just getting bodied by snipers, so I figured I’d try it. Mind you I generally don’t snipe in any game I play, it’s just not how I like to play. I went from at best being a few kills positive, if not negative, to cruising around a 2.5-3kd on average. That to me says it’s overpowered, if someone who hasn’t practiced and isn’t a sniper main makes that big of a leap from switching, something is wrong

It’s just that there’s no flinch so you can’t challenge snipers… you can put half an AR magazine into a sniper and they turn round and one shot you.

Changes I would make Add flinch to snipers 2x Melee hits taken Spider-Bot off face EMP's neutralise Radar Scan Other than that I think the game is solid!!!

for me the nerf or radar scan would only see the tick frame of person and not entire movement of person

Movement is fine. Shouldn’t be for the entire team though. Spider bot is dumb couldn’t care less. EMPs neutralizing it would make the device too OP. Only 1/3 on your takes. Pretty bad.

Mid to high TTK games shouldn’t have one shot snipers at all. It’s the same problem both BOCW and MW3 have with similar TTK as this game. Snipers are king and it’s really cheesy unbalanced gameplay. BOCW and MW3 are the only two CODs that have had snipers banned in ranked and pro play so it’s not a “skill issue” like everyone uses as a defense. This game is even worse though because the damn snipers can be behind shields that block bullets in only one direction, or they can have 200HP. I’m not even installing this game until it’s addressed. I got sick of it quickly in the beta. Might as well play COD, it’s better in every way.

There’s a lot of annoying things in Thai game flashes are mad annoying getting shield thrown in your face that are one way annoying a spider bot that blocks your entire vision makes you unable to move proper and damages you guaranteed death wall hacks and instant kill abilities this game is just mint and verry balanced

Go into a match and count the ratio of snipers to all other weapons. Some matches the ratio is 50/50. That is ridiculous!

My last match all players were snipers with wall hacks. This game is very broken right now, but there is hope. The whole bunny hoping issues need a fix as well, not trying to go ADHD mode. Movement speed also needs to be toned down unless it wants to be strictly competitive. You were dropping 20-30 frames every time you scoped in.

The standard weapons need to be brought up a bit then it’s good s opera don’t need a nerf but for a 1 shot kill the other weapons take to long to kill so using a 1 shot gun is forgiving

I am done with this garbage game, it is 100% an arcade game, even the trial ranked mode is 100% garbage deatmatch with 0.000001s respawns. And then you have noscope snipers everywhere who shoot the sniper like a 1 shot shotgun at ALL ranges, even at point blank. And then you have all these stupid valorant abilities everywhere, I enjoy playing a healer but WHY should I play a healer when players get some 1 shot flamethrowers and forcefields way before I can actually use my healing ultimate? This game was made by a bunch of people who got NO IDEA about how to make a competitive game, they just put a bunch of unbalanceable bullcrap in to the game. They tried to make this in to COD, TF2, VALORANT and BRINK and made some bland mess. There is no reason to play this game and it will die like many other games alike, it is like BRINK but BRINK was actually a REALLY GOOD GAME but it died because it filled no gap that players needed, Xdefiant pretty much uses the same weapons as BRINK too so they probably tried to copy that game a lot. Xdefiant also seems to have rubberbanding issues, I have been killed 2 meter behind a wall and am sometimes INSTANTLY dead when I see an enemy while I need to shoot them as if they were bullet sponges, probably because his screen updated way before mine, which makes the peekers advantage crazy. Maps are also designed really badly, they are too big and too many flankable options which makes the enemy flank you over and over again.

Personally, I think they should lose the sprinting reticle, and should be slower to aim after running/sprinting. Sniping should be set, aim, shoot, and move to the next lane. Not run around bunnyhopping and quickscoping people. Basically they're too easy to use. They shouldn't be easy to use for pretty much everyone. High risk , high reward. They'll still be good in the hands of people with excellent aim. As it is now, everyone can be a menace cause let's be honest.... you don't need great aim to use them. I don't have great aim and even in lobbies with decent players I can be an absolute menace just because one shot does the trick. TLDR: I'm fine with them one shotting people at most ranges. I'm not fine with how easy/mobile they are to use.

People that shit and piss about snipers are no different than fat or out of shape people that complaint about people in good shape or fit. Even if snipers are nerfed they will still bitch about them because they have no respect for the amount of effort one needs to put to get good with them especially in multiplayer shooter where people are running around all over, popping in and out from any corner unlike open world Battle Royale with open space and you can easily catch players unaware across the field or distracted targeting or engaging other players. I am of the opinion that snipers should one shot. That's the point of them. Just like shotguns are meant to eff up someone in close spaces.

First time playing the game I picked up a sniper and dropped 40 bombs like I’ve been playing my whole life they easily outperform the regular weapons I can run a game standard guns and only do half as well as when I’m running a flinchless one tapper

Dude I haven’t used a sniper in like 6 years. Played a game and dropped 20 with a better KD than I had with an AR. I’m a mediocre player. 0 mobility decrease. No flinch. It’s simply OP. It’s a pathetic weapon and is not skill based. The shotguns need a buff. I’d take a sniper over a shotgun with my balls on their face because it’s literally better.
