Yess!! You're one of my favorite reactors and I'm so glad you're finally getting to know Xdinary Heroes more, they're all so sweet and talented:') Also about Gunil's audition, Gunil went to Berklee College of Music which is in Boston, so because Day6 was having a world tour and was staying at a hotel in Boston, Studio J took the opportunity to have Gunil audition there at the hotel since it's nearby.

Oh nice. I’d been thinking of rewatching these episodes~ Yes, they called him to do an impromptu audition because they were in Boston (where Gunil was living at the time) for DAY6’s tour. The other boys were moving and messing around a little (from boredom I assume) while hanging out in the background during Gunil’s and Jooyeon’s talk. XD

This is such a good series for anyone that start to listen to them and their dinamic cos sometimes people don't watch predebut or debut stuff. But this episodes shows how they are connected to each other. When I watched Episode 1 it was emotional how Gaon was so happy by only playing a acoustic guitar, like he was soooo happy please and yes we all want to buy that guitar for him. Junhan is so precious, like I'm a introvert and I'm very much like him when I'm around new people so I'm glad that the other member got closer to him in his own time, even in this episode you can still see a bit of awkwardness and if u watch them now like there is none. But tbh Junhan was the last one to enter in JYP like in early 2021. Gaon started on JYP around early 2020. And please Gaon and Jooyeon friendship is just soooo wholesome, cute, adorable. They do go out with each other to the arcade and then eat. - Episode 2: it show that Jungsu and O.de were idol trainee and like I feel back then probs was really hard for them to switch cos they traineed from late 2018/early 2019 when they both started on JYP and to be like a year doing dance and idol trainee to say to them look you are not going to be in a group but in a band...that is hard but I know they are in a better place now and they find that they can enjoy what they are doing not just pleasing people and not having fun. And yeah u are right O.de was really shy here I think its cos he is a bit of Tsundere so he doesn't want to show emotions or struggles too much beside is the first time one on one camera moment so probs was difficult. - Episode 3: This is when u see that Jooyeon is the maknae apart from his cool stage presence. And when Gunil say that Jooyeon look out for him when he was having a crisis and cry like I think that is the only time the members saw Jooyeon crying so that is why Jooyeon crying in the cb showcase was a shock for them as for the fans like he is such a ball of sunshine and adorable, see him crying of happiness was *yeah I cried at 10 am while at work cos of that*. I think the hate thing is that fear of pre debut if someone might hate you beside we all know how arsh knetizen are sometimes. Can't wait for the next episodes :) Mel thank u so much again u are amazing

hi mel!! thank you for the reaction!! and yes, you're right, o.de did seem really shy on that video but he is an extrovert according his mbti, he is also super loud and hyper nowadays! maybe he was still getting used to the cameras because he has known jungsu since his trainee days and was already comfortable with the other members

I've never been so excited as I was seeing the notification and this video)))) I am so grateful that you're reacting to them. They are so precious. I wanted to buy this guitar to Gaon too. He is so in love with what he is doing. That's incredible. I fall in love with him more when I watched this video at first time. And his eyes are so pretty, omg. He is so passionate about music, it makes me feel emotional too. When you will watch episode with JYP you will be more emotional. Especially about Junhan. He will talk about his inner side. And he is so precious, as you said. The 1st episode is so good. Their dreams and goals are amazing. Indeed their guitar teacher said that Gaon has matured soul, the way he is thinking and speaking is so impressive. He is so wise for his age. And the sparkles in his eyes melt my heart. The 2nd episode was very relatable))) when I am at shop and the prices are insane I feel the same as Jungsu and O.de))) I really hope one day they will become very popular and rich enough to buy all they want: instruments and clothes they want)))) Listening their stories about audition make me so amazed. I could never. That's so nerve-wracking)))) All the members have unique personality and already became so important for me. I have never thought that I will love smb besides Stray kids but I fall I love with Xdinary heroes and love both groups equally. They are my comfort zone. Jungsu and O.de story made me emotional too. Practicing so hard as an idol to become a band member in the end...I can imagine how shocked they were. And I agree with you, now O.de doesn't look like a shy person))) may be he became more confident. And Jungsu is a cinnamon roll, so cute)))) The 3rd episode was fun. Jooyeon is such a sunshine. When I firstly saw their debut MV I thought Jooyeon is one of the eldest members due to his stage personality and fire charisma, he looks so matured when he sings and he is such a kid out of stage) love it and his laugh is so precious) among the members Jooyeon, I think, is the most confident. Even JYP will notice it))) that's dope. His words about wanting to be an artist who isn't hated by audience made me feel goosebumps. Knowing this industry and how fierce the public can be, I understand him. Gunil is like an older brother, so cute))))) I hope he has people to talk to too, bcs it's hard always to be the oldest and the leader. Moreover, I was amazed by his words that he wants to become a person who can say no. It's always was my goal, but it's so hard to do(( And I love how all the members were sitting at the background while Jooyeon and Gunil were talking) About Day6, you get it right) the Studio J PD was on world tour with day6 exactly in Boston where Gunil lived. And yeah, his laugh is so iconic, the most unique laugh in kpop, istg))))) Also, I really like that they showed us segment as 2kids room, where they can show their real sides and talk sincerely. That what I really like about Jyp shows. I love all of them so much, omg. They already became an incredible artists, composers and lyricists. I am really happy that you are gonna continue reacting to them. Next episodes are interesting too. Can't wait to see them. Thank youuuu)))))))

might be a little late but I also had trouble figuring out how to say O.de's name but there is a video on the Xdinary Heroes channel (don't remember which one) where he was talking to one of the members and said that he chose Ode as his stage after looking up words that start with the letter O since his last name is Oh and that after finding the word ode he like how the definition was beautiful and meaningful and was related to music. So basically the English pronunciation of his stage name is just the word ode in English.
