As someone who never had a good relationship w/ their parents, this surprise video always makes me so emotional and happy for these boys that they got to perform with their music family and then reunite with their home family. Gunil's little "mom" gets me every time. They moved to the states when he was 13, but I think he was only 20 when he went back to Korea to be a trainee so it must have been so long since he's gotten to see them in person and it was a really big gesture for jyp to fly them all the way out there for him. And I really liked seeing Jooyeon happy to see his family since they were initially not very supportive of his music career and weren't going to let him join a company until someone at jyp convinced them. Tho Jungsu's "I should reflect on how I only expected presents worth money" made me cackle, bx same dude lol. And Junhan's dad's big hearty back slaps are just such a dad move. No matter where you are in the world, dad affection is always a little bit aggressive lol.

think this is my 3rd/4th time crying to the surprise vid. gunil gaon junhan ‘s part made me teary so much and true like you said its so nice and proud to see their growth esp junhan. he’s that super duper introvert and seeing how he is now i feel so proud and glad to be part of them since the beginning 😢
