For everyone complaining theirs no englisj subtitle already there, why? They are korean, theyre gonna make their things in korean. Korean sublittles are useful... just turn cc on

Because they know most of their fanbase is international. It's not like they've never had English subs before. In that case, it'd make no sense to expect them. But they've had English subs on videos immediately after uploading them, but in a lot of videos I-Villains have to wait days or even WEEKS for subs, and some videos from months and even a year or two ago have no subs to this day. How are Korean subtitles useful if I don't speak the language? 💀
