I have 3 different berettas I like them all I’ve never had a problem with any of them. Not one the safely/de cocker is no big deal either it’s what ever a person gets use to. It takes a mili second to work the safety and get back on target.. it’s all about what you get use to. I see all these gun vs gun videos and I pretty much disagree with all of them. Everybody is going to have a favorite but when it comes to a quality pistol one is probably just as good as the others

I just ordered the XDM 4.5 on 09/12. I can't wait to get it. I really wanted a steel framed 10mm to help with recoil but they are sold out everywhere.

Im sure you will really like the XDm 10mm. The recoil is not that bad. I agree the metal frame handguns are hard to find right now.

Put a new hammer spring in your 96A1. 10 dollars will completely transform your gun. I put the 14lb spring from Langdon Tactical in mine, and it made an amazing difference.
@yellowjacket71344 жыл бұрын
Yeah I've been thinking about putting a different hammer spring in it.

@@yellowjacket7134 As long as you don't change the hammer or trigger springs out, you can go as low as the 13 or even 12 lb hammer spring. Unless you have some exceptionally hard primers in your .40 S&W rounds, you won't have any light strikes. It makes a GIGANTIC difference in the DA pull.

I have the 92fs and the xdm9 5.25; hard to compare these guns, both great in their own field. For accuracy at the range the xdm is tough to beat.
@yellowjacket71344 жыл бұрын
It is difficult to compare but the XDm is a better fit for me. They are both excellent though. I agree that the XDm will be hard to beat for accuracy. Thanks for watching

Oh yeah Beretta is a great handgun for sure but i prefer the construction and design of the XDm. It is a better choice for me. Thanks for watching..

That's true. They are both great handguns and are both very accurate I just like the Xdm a little bit better.

Ok one is plastic and the other is high quality metal gun. Yes there is no comparison. Beretta proven military gun. If the safety bother you. You never been in the military.
@yellowjacket71343 жыл бұрын
Wait a sec.. So you say if I don't like the safety I have not been in the military? Lol.. sure whatever.
@dexm20103 жыл бұрын
@@yellowjacket7134 Most military units will require the M9 be carried with the safety on, but the reality is, for a DA/SA gun like the 92/96, this isn't really necessary. A factory decocker-only kit installed is probably best, but most of the time, if you want, you could actually carry the gun in a holster with the safety off (on "fire"), as long as it is decocked in Double-Action. You would always want to check and practice drawing your gun (empty/dry) from your holster to make sure the safety/decocker doesn't accidentally get pulled or pushed back on safe during your draw, but at least with the retention holsters I use, I have never had a problem with this.
