Adapter software installed, computer restarted, adapter plugged into one screen and usb-c hub on laptop, usbc connected to other tr-screen monitor....only one monitor works, the second flickers, despite the adapter plugged in.

Suggestion if you have Window based laptop with only 1 HDMI Port on one side, you might as well buy 2 Tri Screen Adapter which going to cost you additional $100, but it is better since you saved your other ports / slots for other use and you essentially eliminated dangling wires in the process.

@@malikon6953 I know I’m late, but they do sell adapters. Been enjoying the product. The screens are smaller but still good quality.

So if you have 1 USB port and 1 USB-C port on your laptop (no other ports, no hdmi ports) ....you would plug in the two montiors by 1) Using an USB-C to USB-C on one of the monitors and 2) on the second monitor you would hook up using this Tri Scree adapter cable....is that correct ?

Yes! You are 100% correct! Just make sure that USB-C port on your laptop supports video over USB. Most do, but some can be just power only.
